Your satisfaction is our priority at Rosaino. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or cash

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@rosaino.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
