Where We Ship

We currently deliver to all regions across Lebanon, including Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North, South, Bekaa, and Nabatieh.

Delivery Timeframe

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.

Payment

All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when you receive your package — no advance payment required.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day
• We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, wrong address), our team will contact you to reschedule. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.
